With the desire to ensure stable coverage on the 2G network, SikkertHjem contacted Wireless Logic Nordic to discuss a SIM card solution. The solution would create a secure SMS correspondence between alarm and user, but also make it possible to expand the solution so that it could be offered and installed in countries other than Denmark.

For SikkertHjem, it was crucial to work with a SIM card supplier that could bring together their entire SIM card portfolio and provide local and qualified support from technicians with a specialism and insight into mobile networks. In addition, the company wanted ongoing discussions for further development and new opportunities to help future-proof and optimize the company's mobile solutions for both the national and international markets.

In close collaboration, Wireless Logic Nordic and SikkertHjem agreed on a solution with branded SIM cards and access to Wireless Logic Nordic's SIM Management platform. Branded SIM cards create security for customers with a branded alarm or surveillance system, while access to Wireless Logic Nordic's SIM Management platform gives SikkertHjem a complete overview of all active SIM cards including usage.

In addition to having a complete overview of active SIM cards, Wireless Logic Nordic's SIM Management platform also provides security for the alarm user, as any large and unusual number of text messages will be quickly detected so that any problems can be solved. The SIM cards used by the end user can be activated directly on sikkertHjem.dk, as there is an integration between SikkertHjem and Wireless Logic Nordic's systems.

With the solution from Wireless Logic Nordic, SikkertHjem can offer their customers a stable and secure SMS correspondence between alarm and user and a branded SIM card.
