LONDON, UK – 28 MAY, 2025 – Today Wireless Logic announced a new phase of accelerated growth, backed by strategic investment, strengthened executive leadership and continued expansion into priority markets.
New Investment Supports Growth Strategy
Earlier this month, Wireless Logic welcomed General Atlantic, a leading global investor, as a new minority shareholder, through investment from the firm’s BeyondNetZero climate growth equity fund. Montagu, a leading mid-market private equity firm, will remain the majority shareholder, reinvesting alongside General Atlantic.
Vittorio Colao, Vice Chairman EMEA at General Atlantic, former CEO of Vodafone and Italy’s former Minister for Technological Innovation, has joined the Board alongside Sir Michael Rake, Wireless Logic’s Chairman and former Chairman of BT Group. Together, they bring unmatched experience in global telecoms, infrastructure and growth leadership.
Wireless Logic continues to innovate to meet diverse customer needs through its products, solutions, technology and operational excellence. In this, its most recent significant senior appointment has added to the already strong and deeply experienced leadership team, ready to deliver on the company’s international ambitions.

Cyril Deschanel, Managing Director for Europe, brings extensive industry expertise from leading IoT businesses at Vodafone and Tele2. His hire reflects Wireless Logic’s continued growth in key European markets.
“We are excited to welcome Cyril to our team,” said Oliver Tucker, co-founder and CEO, Wireless Logic. “The level of talent he brings speaks volumes about the type of business we’re building – one with a clear vision, meaningful impact and a culture that attracts exceptional people. While the support behind us gives us the freedom to think big and move fast, it’s our people that will truly shape what comes next. I couldn’t be more excited about what we can achieve for our customers and the IoT industry.”
New Markets, Stronger Partnerships
Through the acquisition of Arqia, Brazil’s largest independent authorised mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), Wireless Logic gained wider access across the rapidly expanding LATAM market and increased its ability to support enterprises scaling IoT deployments across the region.
Arqia brings valuable local expertise in one of the world’s most complex and regulated markets. This move highlights the value of recognising regional excellence and was driven by a shared commitment to delivering reliable, scalable connectivity across global and local deployments.
Wireless Logic’s global reach is also reinforced through strategic technology partnerships. In March, a significant partnership with Thales was announced, bringing together advanced eSIM and remote provisioning capabilities to support seamless, compliant deployments across diverse international markets.
Industry Recognition
Wireless Logic was recognised in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Managed IoT Connectivity Services, Worldwide for the fourth consecutive year. It is the only independent IoT MVNO included in the Leaders quadrant.
This year too, Wireless Logic earned impressive recognition across the IoT industry for its commitment to innovation and execution. The company was named Overall IoT Company of the Year at the IoT Breakthrough Awards, while its Conexa core network took Gold for Best Cellular IoT Initiative at the Juniper Research Future Digital Awards.
Expanding Applications with Meaningful Impact
As Wireless Logic’s platform evolves and its global presence grows, so does the range of applications it enables. The company is seeing rising demand for connected solutions that deliver not only commercial value, but broader societal benefit – from improving accessibility to addressing environmental challenges.
Recent projects highlight the breadth of Wireless Logic’s work and the essential role connectivity plays in driving progress across complex, regulated and rapidly evolving environments.
- Ultra-Protect, an air quality monitoring provider, uses NB-IoT connectivity to maintain continuous visibility across schools, hospitals, offices and homes – helping customers meet critical environmental health standards
- Cubbie, which develops immersive multi-sensory spaces for neurodivergent individuals, relies on the Conexa core network to maximise uptime and streamline access to personalised support
- Blackfrog Technologies, a healthtech innovator, uses Conexa to connect its last mile delivery vaccine carriers – helping providers measure temperature compliance as they deliver vaccines and biologics safely to remote communities, with real-time visibility across immunisation campaigns.
“We’re supporting more customers, in more places, across more diverse applications – from complex global rollouts to mission-driven applications – and that comes down to the resilient connectivity we deliver,” said Tucker. “From the start, our goal has been to take the complexity out of IoT and make it simpler for our customers. That still drives us, but it’s also about creating lasting value – for the people who use our technology, the teams who build it, and the partners who’ve backed us. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together – and we’re committed to supporting our customers and teams as this journey continues.”
