Wireless Logic is recognised with the Great Place to Work certificate

We are delighted to announce that Wireless Logic has been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work Certification.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, they recognise what organisations are doing right and help them to continually improve. They use data and insights from millions of employees working in around 10,000 organisations across the world every year to benchmark individual company performance.

Wireless Logic’s certification was achieved by an anonymous employee survey that measured the extent to which employees across the group reported a consistently great workplace experience. It takes into consideration factors such as an employee’s daily encounters with innovation, inclusivity, company values, and the effectiveness of its leaders.

Commenting on the achievement, Rachel Stedman Group HR Manager said: “I am thrilled that we have been recognised as a Great Place to Work. As a leadership team we pride ourselves on having an equal and diverse culture where all backgrounds, experiences and viewpoints are welcomed. This award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience of working here at Wireless Logic and it’s rewarding to see a strategic goal translate into a corporate reality”.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
