Logic Air: Remote control of ventilation systems for efficient service

Logic Air now offers remote control of ventilation systems, ensuring a faster response to the customer.

Optimisation and better service with remote control of ventilation systems

Logic Air is an expert in setting up and servicing ventilation systems that ensure a good indoor climate in companies.

With a desire to reduce response times to customers and optimise workflow, Logic Air contacted Wireless Logic Nordic for help with a solution. The idea was a remote control solution for Logic Air's ventilation systems so they could service their customers remotely, respond quickly and reach more customers in a day.

Some installers in the ventilation industry are not able to offer remote control of installed systems, partly because the ventilation systems are delivered without a SIM card port, but also because the supplier of the systems does not have the necessary software available.

Connected solution - quick and easy connection to ventilation systems

Wireless Logic Nordic proposed a connected solution to Logic Air, which is a plug & play solution that can be easily and quickly connected to the ventilation systems of Logic Air's customers.

Logic Air receives a router with data connection, which is connected to the customer's ventilation solution and connected to power - then Logic Air can start remote control and remote monitoring of the customer's system. Each router is configured according to the needs of the individual company.

Rolling out the solution across the country

By connecting a router with data connection to the customer's ventilation system, Logic Air has direct remote access and can service the customer immediately - no matter where in the country the Logic Air technician is located.

The technician logs into the ventilation solution's interface and can either service the customer remotely or be well prepared for a service visit. In some cases, the problem can be solved remotely, which optimises the service process and reduces the number of service visits.

Logic Air can also share information directly with the customer, who can view and control their ventilation via their own login to the connected solution interface.

"We were initially skeptical about whether the connected solution could meet our needs. We've tried other solutions where it didn't work. But now it's quite easy to provide good service to our customers".
