Leading fleet telematics and systems integration specialists Isotrak is working in partnership with Wireless Logic as part of a three-year rolling contract. The new contract sees a base of over 50,000 SIM subscriptions along with ambitious growth plans which will involve connectivity solutions in both the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

In just 12 years, Isotrak has built an enviable reputation to deliver best-in-class telematics solutions that deliver ‘new thinking’ to the world of fleet management.

Its superior knowledge of asset tracking and telematics solutions has enabled it to develop and deliver fully integrated solutions to many of the UK’s best-known fleet operators including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury, Eddie Stobart and DHL. All of these customers benefit from Isotrak’s bespoke management platform backed by a high-availability Service Level Agreement and utilisation of technology from partners such as Microsoft and Dell.

The bulk of Isotrak’s connectivity continues across the Vodafone network with all subscriptions being ported onto the Wireless Logic platform. Added to this, Isotrak clients can now be offered a range of tariff solutions that can accommodate their preference of network. “Providing the flexibility of network choice and tariffs gives us a USP that ensures best value and better transparency,” comments Isotrak’s Andrew Hutson. “And with 4G, we have comprehensive accessibility to all appropriate networks, particularly in regard to new service offerings such as our mobile data applications. Here, we require faster technology for mobile handset-based image signature or image capture, as well as more data-rich applications such as remote tachograph downloads.”

Wireless Logic is also building on the aggregated data models that Isotrak have utilised in the past. “In essence, we are enhancing the work of Vodafone to take Isotrak to the next level in tailored M2M managed services connectivity,” continues Matt McPherson of Wireless Logic.

In the coming months Isotrak and Wireless Logic will be working closely on a number of European opportunities utilising the growing number of relationships that Wireless Logic now enjoy with mobile network operators in mainland Europe. Each of these is accessed via their European offices which are located in France, Germany and Spain.
