The Wireless Logic team will be exhibiting a new range of connected hardware solutions in partnership with Encore Networks – a globally leading name in mobile router provision, all taking place at this year’s Retail Business Technology Expo, London. On the stand, there will be demonstrations of ‘out of the box’ connected router bundles, suitable for a range of uses including failover/back-up, temporary retail units and short-term launches. The ‘bundles’ are tailored packages which include pre-configured hardware and 3G/4G connectivity – they are available on an OPEX-basis with the cost of hardware integrated within the monthly connectivity fees.
Whilst ADSL for many retailers remains the de-facto bearer service, mobile connectivity has become more competitive, reliable and necessary – when a fixed line goes down, the impact on trading can be immense. Encore have built a world-wide reputation within the retail sector, with many leading US brands utilising Encore technology. For the UK and European markets, Encore and Wireless Logic will combine their respective device and SIM management platforms to deliver a comprehensive control portal, enabling users to optimise the performance of their connected router bases, across one or multiple mobile networks.
Representatives from both Encore and Wireless Logic will be available throughout the two days at Olympia – Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 May 2017.
