Here you can find information about activating, using and upgrading your SmartSim prepaid sim card. To start a SmartSim, you need to enter the unique activation code provided together with your sim card or system. You can find your activated SmartSim in your online account.

After clicking on the SmartSim Account Login button, we will ask you to enter the email address used with your account. You’ll receive an email at that address containing a clickable link that will bring you to your account environment, where you can find your activated SmartSims and manage them or where you can activate new ones.
Using the SmartSim
When the device containing your activated SmartSim has data, SMS or voice traffic, credits will be subtracted from your SmartSim. Every SmartSim has a Rate Plan that sets the amount of usage of which type before we remove credits. The first time in every calendar month that there is usage with a SmartSim, credits will be subtracted. This amount is according to the Rate Plan; the more usage is possible per credit, the higher the amount of subtracted credits will be.

When your SmartSim reaches certain usage thresholds (50, 75, 90 and 100+%) based on the last updated credit value on the sim card, you will receive an email notifying you of this. You can purchase more credits by logging in to your account and visiting the ‘Wallet’ page.
