We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of Datamobile AG.
Datamobile AG is an IoT communication specialist that delivers integrated solutions for businesses across a wide range of verticals in EMEA and Asia. With a market heritage in the DACH region spanning over 10 years, Datamobile AG has established itself as an innovative company in the cellular connectivity and services market, leading customers in a number of fast growing sectors including food delivery and e-mobility.
The acquisition was completed on 19th November 2020 and the core Datamobile AG team will remain in place, led by CEO Gerald Wirtl.
